After years of Evangelizing from 1984, receiving several community awards, as well as 5 International Angel Awards for Excellence in Media,http://www.angelawards.com and out of many miracles happening in services, prayer groups, outreaches, television shows which they not only produced, but hosted their own outreach show, which covered over 3 million homes-

they formed by the grace of God, and help from close friends and associates, Rev. Jim Williams, Miracle Ministries, which was registered as an internet and home church, and became a non-profit organization.

Rev. Bill and Roxanne West, are serving in the Entertainment Industry and Law, under Miracle Ministries.
